Let It Burn Workout

Hey Guys,

Try out this quick but super efficient workout. It will only take you 30 mins to complete it, but believe me, you will start feeling that burn right away. Push through it and give it your all for this timed routine! The moment you set your timer, jump into it with full force and don’t stop until the 28 mins are up! Let me know what you think of it. Set your timers for 50 sec work/10 sec rest X 28. You will do all of the 7 exercises bellow 4 times though. Let it Burrrnnn!!!!

1. Squat Thrust Jump (picture bellow)

2. Bike Crunches

3. High Knees

4. Push Ups

5. 1-Legged Biceps Curls

6. Mountain Climbers (Picture bellow) 

7. Leg Lifts Abs (Some call reverse crunches)
