Set Your Timers for 20s work/ 10s rest X 8 for EACH of the exercises:
- Squat Thrust Jumps
- Bent Over Reverse Flies
- High Knees
- 1-legged Speed Curls
- Jump Rope
- Planks
Go For a short Run after! Enjoy!
Hey lovies,
It was 90 degrees this afternoon, so it was still pretty toasty when I worked out tonight. But I hydrated myself all day and felt great during the workout!
Working out in heat can be tricky, and sometimes dangerous, so if you can wait and workout later on in the day, do so! But for those heat lovers, just make sure you have your water by your side at all times and drink before, during and after the workout! It takes awhile to adjust to exercising in the heat, but if you train and take care of your body properly, you can master those high knees in any weather!
