I started the Paleo diet in the summer of 2012. By eliminating grain, legumes, dairy, processed foods and sugars, I improved the way I look, feel and perform. I look leaner, feel more energized, run faster, and lift heavier.
The Paleo diet is based on your genetics. It goes back to the basics- to the eating of our ancestors, who based their diet on seafood, meats, vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts, and thus were stronger, leaner, and healthier than we are today.
Paleo eating is not as time-consuming as it may first seem. In fact, it is quite easy! The only decision you must make is: "What meat and what vegetables am I having today?". Give it a shot and follow my recipes for yummy paleo meal ideas!
